Clean and refreshing room facilities.
The assigned dining table was terrible, right next to the kitchen entry. Despite complaining, the assistant director completely ignored our request for a better table. The restaurant was poorly ventilated, and the overall experience was marred by dirty dishes left on our table during meals.

The pools were a nice size for lounging, and we loved grabbing snacks at the poolside bar, which had plenty of options. One thing to note is that the dress code for dinner felt a bit outdated, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 👍

The warm, covered pool was perfect for our teens, and we loved the direct beach access! Enjoying the warm sunshine while the kids played was a highlight. Plus, Ca'n Picafort is just a short bus ride away for some fun exploration.

Had a great time chilling by the warm, covered pool with my family! The room was spacious and comfortable with a side sea view. We loved the direct beach access and beautiful sandy shores. A special experience was the relaxing spa treatments we enjoyed together. Oh, and the entertainment for the kids was spot on, not too pushy but incredibly fun!
